FACT: 10/16/08 paid $598.00 of $1, 190 to list a Wyndham timeshare for rent. Fact: No offers. One call from timeshares by owner to reduce price. I reduced price. No offers, no calls. FACT: 3/23/10 - Timeshares by Owner calls and states that "they have an offer" including an agreed upon price. They then say it takes up to 4 weeks for verification of title and that the title company will be in contact.
