I have been trying to submit my member verification form since August 29 in order to withdraw $300 in my account via wire transfer. I have faxed and emailed my documents and tried to contact anyone by email but never received a response. I talked to Mary, Steve and Sarah on chat - I think Mary finally helped me by watching for my forms and forwarding them to the department in charge.
