This guy is a real greasy salesman type that has conned all three of these towns out of $300.00 per buissness claiming to do a town poster map that he never does. This guy is sly and appears to have done this in numerous states. He appears to have an tax ID and contract that he wants you to sign and pre-pay immediately. He get a local organization to "sponser" his imaginary map so business folk think they are helping this group.
