This contractor was hired in 2006 to install an EP Henry patio with sitting walls and a walkway. Since the day they completed the job Hard Rock Landscaping has ignored every single attempt to communicate about and resolve the issues. While they did come back FINALLY in 2009 to review our concerns, they made a poor attempt at fixing the items. In fact, they made things worse by using different colored pavers!!!
