This company works under several different names - handing each part of the transaction onto another. The agreement made with Safe Hands is null and void - not all parties of interest have been included in the agreement. I've called Safe Hands (notifying the agreement is null and void, requessting my $3000 be returned to me), Preferred Transfer (sent the "documents that are to be returned within 5 days", and now Apex Professionals (sent Defaut for Timeshare Transfer(s).
