I hired this company to videotape my wedding. They took my payment in full in advance of the event. The videographer showed up and shot the footage. A month later, having heard nothing from the company, I started calling. The only person who will assist after your event is "Jeremy" who NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. NO ONE EVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. Three months later - no video - no refund. The Videographer just emailed me that he never got paid, so he didn't give them the raw footage. They took my money and never paid the videographer.
