1-12 cape coral fl veterans/santa barbara store - asking clerk for help locating pots & pans - "no speaka english" was reply. then i asked if she could direct me to someone who did. she had no problem getting someone. why with our unemployment so high don't we atleast employ people that are citizens and speak english. i could understand it if these non-speaking english people worked only after store hours. target should be ashamed of themselves. read full review »
