I purchased a sprint aircard from off base in September of 09 but the aircard didn't recieve any signal in the barracks or "rooms" of the post. I took it back within the 14 days but the sales preferred I tried out the new 4g aircard that had came out. Needless to say that due to a program built into my laptop I couldn't use the device so it was immediately retunred to the store... I wanted nothing to do with the company after that! I recieved a full refund 2 months later but in April of 2010 outta nowhere $225 was taken... read full review »
