I had a really bad experience with Target National Bank customer service. I applied Target Redcard in Nov, 2007, made some purchase, signed up for e statement in Dec. 2007. But I didn't get any statement neither paper or email. So I called them around Feb. 2008, paid all my balance over the phone and they also agreed to waive my late payment which never informed me before.
