After the full payment and delivery promise in 7 days.A piece is missing in furniture set which would be delivered almost 2 months later now .The store manager attitude is "TOO BAD".You are stuck with the delivered and can cancel the missing piece.What kind of logic is that.The store location is Rancho Cucamonga.The furniture quality is poor the cushions are already sagging.The sals representive are very nice when you are buying.But after the sale the tone is absolutely different when you call back with the problem. You are stuck. Sad to see such a big store going for hit and run policy. read full review »
