My credit card was incorrectly charged for a KitchenAid Extended Service Plan for our refrigerator on March 13, 2010. The card was charged on 3/15/2010. Called the Service Plan Administrator that day with a followup letter. Repeated phone calls to many different companies connected to the plan and all I get is promises for a refund. My credit card account has not been refunded the $361.97 as of May 18, 2010. I have never experienced such a run around in my 77 years on this earth. All I want is my money back.
