Bought 2 large sofas and chair online. Both sofas were stacked for shipment. Freight carrier (YRC) drop ships only and does not unwrap shipment althought you are required to sign that merchandise was received in good condition and shrinkwrap was not damaged. It wsa not until after delivery that I was able to unwrap and realized the back of both sofas were damaged beyond repair and the wood trim on both soafas were cracked.
