I got a withdrawal fee on my savings account last month. When I called BOFA, they told me that the Federal Government had a limit on how many withdrawals you could make a month. They told me it was three including ATM withdrawals. I went to the banking regulation site and in actuality, the number of withdrawals or transfers you can make per statement period is SIX and ATM withdrawals are exempt!
