Chase does not care about their customers. They have incompetent workers who lie to you to get what they want. BEWARE of them. I have been going through a loan modification with them for 4 months and they kept telling me to make trial payments, which I did, and then they go and deny my loan mod and turn me into the most delinqueint dept they have.
