I almost dont know where to start. This company is only focused on one thing - closing a sale. The engineering team is terrible, and as others have mentioned - it shows they lack training. Customer service is non-existant and they cant communicate with eachother or even look in the same systems. We had trouble one night during a scheduled maintenance - I say scheduled becuase we actually coordinated to have engineers on call. Wehn we ran into issue, we called and got put on hold.
