I got on-line to set up a trip with Sam's club travel because I had a coupon. I was comforted to see that they utilize Expedia since I use this site all the time for business and person trip planning. I ended up having to cancel the trip 3 days before I was to leave. From a 704.00 trip they would only refund 121.00 because they said that they do not get a refund from the hotel. I have planned numerous trips with Expedia and know that is not their policy. I was put on hold with their "customer service" dept for over an hour and never allowed to talk to a supervisor. read full review »
