we shipped my sons psp to the kmart repair back on march 3, 2010. sent by ups. I called to find out why it was not returned. the guy told me since it has past 30 days, they were going to refund the purchase price and the taxes on it. he said that we would recieve the refund on a card in 15 days. that time came and gone. now kmart is refusing to send the refund. I have been calling the 800 phone number, and the kmart associates are not answering. I want corperate office of sears/kmart to call me so we can take care of this problem immediately. or is this how sears/kmart conducts business with it customers? read full review »
