Went to the At&t Store to cancel my account within 30 days. Talked to Christopher and he took back my iPhone on 4/28 and charged me the 10% restocking fee. Said it was no problem and just to call and check with Customer Support to ensure the Activation and Cancellation Fees were removed from the account. Of course called today and the Account was STILL ACTIVE and the Rep made a note that I had visited to discuss my account.
