I ordered a purse online at the end of January 2010. There was a defect in the bag, so I attempted to contact them through their "Contact Us" form to obtain return instructions, but received no response. I finally went back to the pay service I had used for this transaction and obtained an email address and wrote to them. (There is no phone number for Customer Service.)
