After driving 40 minutes to my appointment, I got stuck in traffic and was 11 minutes late. The dentist refused to see me or even talk to me yet their posted policy says 15 minutes or later for appointment could result in re-scheduling. Another lady in the waiting room said I could have her appoinment which followed mine, but they refused saying they don't do business that way. This same lady said the last time she was there with her daughter thyey were five minutes late and the doctor refused to see them. With gas at over $3 a gallon... read full review »
