Ordered web design from them. It took FOREVER (months!) to get the design done. Then the REAL nightmare started, when we needed Tech Support. Repeated emails to Tech Support went unanswered. If you phone, you are put on hold for typically 30 minutes or more before getting "mysteriously" disconnected!
