Where do I begin? DO I begin with the company that doesnt send paper statements, when that is what I requested? Do I talk about how I received 17 calls this week for a payment that is not yet late? DO I complain about how the company claims my check did not arrive on time, and that they then charge me $60 some dollars for a late fee for a payment that was on time?
