I called and cancelled the product the day after I ordered it which was a Sunday. They kept sending me emails stating the order was being processed and then shipped. When I called the customer service line they said they record every call but had not record of my calls to cancel. Thus they shipped the product. They said to refuse the product upon delivery but I will still be charged for shipping. Over $80 for shipping. I told them that there better not be one more charge on my credit card. I feel this is a fraudulent company and they conveniently erased my calls to cancel so that they could get the shipping charges. read full review »
