I made two web purchases of phones and service from Straight Talk. I received an email confirmation for the first phone purchase, but not for the second. So, I called Straight Talk (at 11:00am on 5-19-10), and reach a "customer service representative" (Mina) who, after I asked her a question, proceeds to hang-up on me.
