My $125 gaming mouse I purchased on 8/13/2009 failed out of the blue on 5/2/2010. I contacted Citrus Micro and they sent me an RMA number on 5/5/10 and I sent it in for repair/replacement the next day. I missed a call in the morning on 5/11/2010 and I called them back later that day. After being berated for a good 4-5 minutes about shipping it using USPS instead of UPS or fedex, and how I had not followed the RMA procedure I informed the sales person that I was looking at the RMA email in front of me and that nothing in there stated anything... read full review »
