I subscribe to Dish TV and have DVR service. I also pay monthly for repair service. I had the DVR receiver stop working. Dish sent me a replacement. When I tried to install it, it would not work. After two hours on the phone with dish, I was informed that a technician would come out to the house, but I would have to pay an additional $15.00 to them. Three days later a technician came to my house and informed me that the replacement was defective. He said I had done nothing wrong in hooking it up.
