I am very unhappy about the service I received from Chase. I went to the bank to have my funds transferred from my unemployment secure card to my account. The lady scanned my card then came back and told me that their system was down. However, my funds came off of my card but was not in my account. I spoke to branch manager Jorge in Hammond, In. His attitude was very unprofessional. He told me to go to the umemployment office. I did so and they told me that it was stuck in cue for Chase.
