I bought a motorized screen from this seller but received a fixed projector screen. I costed me $175.00 to send it back and didn't get any refund for the shipping cost. They made an empty promise over the phone but never refunded. I used paypal and they didn't anything about the shipping cost back either. I also bought two projectors from this seller however they don't serve my purpose and I returned it but they charged me 25% restocking fee which never heard of.
