I tried to use the MSN Bing cash back program and have still never received a penny. Somehow they say they put the money in my normal email account - not possible. Trying to get customer service out of Microsoft is impossible. Their own switchboard says they do not know the telephone number to any department or to customer service. No department seems to take responsibility for anything. They read the problem ticket and transfer to another department. What a terrible company! read full review »
