We purchased the extended warranty on our refrigerator bought in feb 2008, It has now quit as of 05/09/10, I have been trying to get a repair person out since then, one came out from Sears on 05/12/10 but told my husband that he could not work on it, It had to go throught the A&E warranty, whatever that is. Today is 05/19/10, repairman did not come out today because apparently Conn's messed up something on the paperwork, and by the time it was corrected, Sears was already out of our area and would not come back.
