This is another complaint about Roll or Rollie, which ever he goes by. This site is called Medivap but the site looks identical to the Rollie.com site for which there have been numerous complaints. Check it out, you can't tell the difference. Well, to make a long story short, I purchased, you guessed it, a pipe for $69.95.
