This complaint is about the employees at the Kmart Store in Steger, IL. I was looking for a washing machine by Kenmore or Whirlpool. I was in the store for about 10 minutes looking at the appliances. The employee was moving boxes and I thought that when he was complete that he would acknowledge me. This never happened. I approached the assistant store manager and she called his name as Rich.
