Webroot has charged my credit card without my authorization for their stupid software, after I sent them more than one e-mail telling them to not do that. Nothing and they did it anyway. When you try to call them, they don't talk to you, just send you to another site to avoid dealing with the public. I'll never use them again. read full review »
