For the last 5 months I have been working with Nelnet just as I did with Sallie Mae on getting assistance with the programs they currently have regarding income repayment, deferment and forebearance. I have sent them over 4 to 5 faxes, per rc'd confirmation of this, I have also sent by mail 2x times now with all of the information they require. Having spoke with customer service representatives whom denies each time that they ever received anything.
