I went on the Lexmark website to get help with installing my new printer. This company took $14.00 right away from my account but never provided any service. I asked for a refund imediately but this fee is still on my account. I phoned the Lexmark company directly, and they helped me with my problem for free!! I want the $14.00 refunded imediately because no service was given to me. The Lexmark company said they have never heard of this before. Thank you read full review »
