We applied for a boiler grant in the U.K. and this site popped up and offered to send us a C.D to assist in the grant application. Paid £2 on a debit card-no cd ever received. Since then 3 charges of £39 have been charged. It's a rip off and we have had to change the debit card. How do we recover this cash. Barclays bank in the U.K. have been hopelessly inadequate.
