Nature's Pantry does not value its customers. I learned this after being a long term customer for over 8 years. After all this time I had a problem with special orders not being placed properly. When I questioned this the special order employee became so verbally abusive & loud to me on my cell phone that the individual next to me in my car could hear exactly what she was saying & how she was saying it.
