I have a 960 sq. ft. home that my 83 year old mother and I share. We went on the budget last Feb 2010. The budget started off @ $111.00 then 113.00 then 138.00 then $140.00 and today it went to $188.00. HELP! STOP AEP RATE INCREASES OR GIVE US ANOTHER OPTION! Will you fight or be drove into poverty?
