Kaplan is keeping me from continuing my education. I am 52 years old. I am eager to finish school yet Kaplan has come up with something that is preventing me from going to school by saying I didn't get a form in in time for which I did. I emailed them constantly making sure all forms were in with a response of yes they are in. Now they say I owe them for the entire class when I had loans and grants. HELP!
