I was fooled initially by this website..thinking they had the cheapest shell placecard holders than www.favorfavor.com (which is a totally legit business if you need anything BTW..great service and they do get you your product). I was checking out through Paypal, which is linked to my AMEX, and there was no charge pick for shipping, only the kind of shipping to pick with no charge associated with it, until the charge went through on your account.
