I installed and paid for CyberDefender. I than realized it was malware and tried to cancel my purchase the same day.The person on the phone suddenly couldn't hear me after I said I wanted to cancel. It took two more calls to finally get someone. I was cut off on the second call and waited forever for the third. Finally someone told me it will be canceled and I was sent an email verifying this.
