I purchased a bedroom set from Bob's in North Plainfield, NJ, they were recommended by a friend who had ordered from them (Wayne, NJ store) but had not yet received his furniture. Last week he told me his furniture was delivered and 5 of the 7 pieces were not just damaged, they were smashed.
