Bought a Taylormade #3 Rescue Club on 5/14/2010, hit it on the range at my club, did not like the distance I was getting, so I went by the store today (5/20/2010) to swap for a #5 club. Not a single person in the golf department, a guy came by, I told him what I wanted. He said that he had only worked there for a week and he would find someone. He went to the back of the store, came back 5 mintues later to say that the person working in that department was in the back doing inventory and wanted to know, "what did I need?"
