Redbox overcharged me for a DVD ("Sherlock Holmes"), stating I had kept the movie for 10 days, when in reality I had only kept it for 2. I called customer (no) service immediately after discovering the charges, and they offered me two free movies, which I declined. I will not use there service again. I'm sure 99% of the time, it works well, but beware for overcharges! read full review »
