ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought a phone Monday morning online to be sent out next day air. It went out on Wednesday, so I received it on Thursday. It is now the following Monday - one week from when I started this fiasco and I still do not have an active phone. I now hate these people!!! They just do not answer the support line.
