I too tried to order from this company and received absolutely nothing from them., It was a trial tooth whitner, and a 14 day trial, for $3.87. I immediately cancelled it, and called my credit card company and cancelled it there too, but it hadn't been added on my credit card as of yet. so they were aware of what was going on.
