I have to say that I just called into Wageworks today and the phone agent was wonderful. Although they could not eliminate my need to validate my receipts, they were very patient and kind. For all the people on this site that only complain, go to your congressperson about the IRS regs about your program. I cannot find anything that Wageworks has done wrong.
