I bought this Legacy home brand new in Late 2008 to replace the one destroyed by hurricane Ike. Almost immediately I discovered structural problems. The floors have humps, the walls are bowed, the siding is cracked, and now I have black mold growing in the cracks (see photos). The manufacturer has been ordered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) following each of three seperate inspections to make repairs and even fined them for failure to comply.
