I WILL NEVER shop at Cathy Jean stores again!! First off when I entered the store 2 employees there totally ignored me and gave major attitude. But I ignored it and tried on a pair of boots that i really liked. I ended up buying them because i was kinda desperate for my first pair of brown boots. When I got home and walked around in them ONCE in my house I found to realize that they were SO uncomfortable. So the next day I went back to the store to get a refund, it wasnt even 24 hrs. later, and they refused to give me a return or exchange... read full review »
