I just want to say that this was the worst customer service experience of my life. I called in to One Comm at around 12:45pm on a Sunday in the middle of a very busy brunch shift where after 3 of our 4 lines as well as our internet went down. This not only disabled our main credit processing but also our backup, leaving us unable to process 4k of open credit card tabs.
